Founded in 1945
With the signature of Harry Truman, Honorary President of the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 262 of Oak Grove Lutheran Church received its first charter.
In 1995, with our Charter renewal, we reached the 50 year milestone.
Since Troop 262 was founded, over 86 scouts have attained the rank of Eagle.
