Troop 262 sells wreaths 3 ways

Scout Sales

Each scout is expected to sell 25 items. The scout will earn a commission and all funds are deposited into his account. This account is then used to pay for scouting trips.

Corner Sales

Starting the weekend before Thanksgiving, and continuing on weekends until all wreaths are sold, scouts sell wreaths from the corner of the church lot. Scouts are required to work a minimum of 2 shifts, and earn a commission. All funds are deposited into his scout account.

Wholesale

The troop wholesales to other groups throughout the metro area. Our volume purchasing makes it cheaper to buy from us, then directly from our supplier.

Scouts are required to work two shifts helping to load and unload wreaths. No commission is earned but...

Every scout working two shifts gets a subsidy for summer camp. In the past this has been $100.00 off the camp cost.

Additional Fundraising Opportunities

Lutefisk Dinner $40.00 per shift. Once in the spring and once in the fall.

Popcorn Scout keeps 39% of proceeds. Sold in April & May.

Summer Car Wash Proceeds are divided by the number of scouts working

**Everyone must take two shifts

**There must be two parents at each shift.

**When there is two scout on all shifts the third can be added threw Butch or Mike A.

When filled out, this will be sent to the entire troop. Each scout is responsible for his

shift. If you need to trade – you make the phone call to another scout.
